I Have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 879 People

A couple of months ago I decided to take my

thyroid med at bedtime instead of taking it in the morning. It was very difficult to wait half an hour to have breakfast as I don't have a lot of time in the morning, hence the change. Is there anyone else who takes their med at bedtime and is it working for you?
