- A lot of trial and error finding the right doc and glad it takes about 4-6 weeks to balance out write in a journal so you have something to compare for all th changes...
- Make sure you check the expiry on your medicine. I started to feel not myself, and realised it was because my meds had expired! Take them on an empty stomach as they work better too.
- It was only last summer that i found out by my doctor that i had hypothyroidism, but it has really changed my life. Everything seems to be more complicated for me and i feel so unmotivated everyday. I dont know how to deal with it
