 | rickthacker49 wrote on 02:26PM at Mar 2nd, 2012 That you should take your meds on a empty stomach or 4 hours after you eat.. do not take it with coffee or orange juice or any soy products..at least 3 hours after your vitamins or any other medications....It was a lot of trial and error with me ...I take my meds at night (1am) and when the seasons changed so does my dose... crazy as it sounds it works for me..also my thyroid was removed...
