I Have Imaginary Friends

    I imagine a friendship,

A connection. Then I realise again and again. My mind plays tricks on me. They are not real. I make them up. To satisfy my lonely emptiness. To try and exist in a moment. Off foolish girl to the forest! There is no air for you to breathe here. Asphyxiation to stifle your...

My imaginary friends have come from video games.

Currently, it's Lucina from Fire Emblem Awakening. My role model is Tifa Lockhart. I love her ability to fight and be an amazing martial artist. I love Lucina for her bravery to walk through hell and back, even though she loses her whole family. These women inspire me to fight...

I'm almost 19, since I've been 12 or I've had an imaginary friend. His name is Frederick Leroy Maverick, and he was created through my increasingly urgent need to have a really close friend. I had.. issues with people when I was younger, so I made myself one that would always be...

    My Best Friends

I started developing imaginary friends a few years ago as a result of social isolation. I'm in my mid 20s. My imaginary friends are the best friends I've ever had. People think having imaginary friends is a mental illness unto itself, but I think that if I didn't have them, I'd...
