I can only sleep 4 to 5 hours,,get really sleepy during the day,,but if i take a nap i am up all nite,,,
most insomnia is thyroid dis order have your t3 andt4 and tsh shecked
It is almost 4:30 and I am up again without sleep. I hate the people that can lie down and fall asleep like it was something they were born to do. Need some meds, this is ridiculous.
