There is a very good chance

that I'm dyslexic, which is why I had such a hard time in school. My brain isn't wired to understand numbers or anything mathematical. BUT, often times, people with dyslexia have very high IQ's. It's also very likely that I am one of those people. I'm happy about the high IQ...

Hegemony.... People do live in a bubble in the

States. The Middle East has so much going on now and I don't see much coverage. Saudia Arabia is engaged in a war in Yemen launching air strikes and nothing in American media, but we sure know what Kim Kardashian and her family are up to today in Yahoo. Ridiculous!

I thought I had failed at something important.

I set three goals, and failed them all. But these three goals were for a higher purpose. Like steps to putting something together. But this not a tangible thing, it is for my personal sake. Well I failed all three of my goals but I achieved the main thing I was trying to do...

I’m not very good at speaking,

people who know me or talk to me would disagree, I think. Most times, when I speak, it feels as if I am just letting words fall from my brain out my mouth. Very rarely do I speak about things that I actually feel invested in one way or another and it has occurred to me in a...

I am have a strong opinion

and I start question with that in mind. I want to learn and I want to understand. Just in the last 15 minutes I've learned that I need to phrase my questions better, and that I'm wrong...a lot. What a humbling experience.

So there's this guy in my martial arts club (we

do 3 styles throughout the year) and from the day I "met" him I was frightened of him. Was I very judgmental? Absolutely. Maybe I wasn't judgemental to a mean extreme, but he's very tall, and has this really serious and set face, and I guess that just made me slightly nervous or...

It happened when I had a private class with a

pre-school student. He is just 5 yo. Now, I do stupid and senseless actions/ reactions sometimes and boy... how I did it bad today. So I managed to get him to do his simple substraction work independently. This is my first time having him do his work all by himself. I usually...
