I have low self-esteem and a lack of confidence in myself.
I often get pangs of sadness and pain, as well as embarrassment at the way I am, because I dislike it. I so want to change.

But I realised that this is not a way to live, and so I am searching for a way to cope, and I wish to help others cope as well. Please comment, share your thoughts and feelings, and give advice

 

i have the same problem :( , i suffer from severe low self esteem that i might not go out from my house for weeks if i can because i simply find it very hard to walk in the street without thinking about what ppl think of me, but i wish i could   get over this someday ..
