I Have Native American Ancestors

    Onandaga

My grandfather was full blooded Onandaga Iriquois, and my mother was born on what used to be a reservation in New York state. Since the Iriquois are matrilineal, I'm not considered as being Iriquois by the tribe, because my lineage goes through my mother's father.
