    I Have to Check Things

I'm not too concerned with things being a certain way, or anything like that.  I have intrusive thoughts, I repeat certain words or phrases over and over in my head, I often count syllables and get irritated if it's not an even number of syllables.  I check things...

I won’t deny it.Some months ago, I became obsessed with Da Vinci’s drawings and handwriting (who hasn’t?).I had read somewhere that if for example you want to be an extrovert (in case you aren’t), then you should start imitating one or acting like an extrovert. Or if you...

    Joke

My husband is always joking that I have OCD.  I don't think that I have the real thing, but I am very particular about things and it does kind of define certain aspects of my life, so I felt it best that I join this group instead of the other ones.  I like things to...

I Might Have Mild Ocd But Haven't Been Diagnosed.

I haven't been diagnosed with OCD, so... I think this group fits me better than saying... I have OCD, or is it... I am OCD. I'm sure that someone here can tell me which is right. One of my first signs of OCD was when I was about 7 or 8, I used to have to turn back the same way I...
