Does no dr know how to treat this?

Or can't it be treated? I had a block and had no relief. Zero. Now I'm having an epidural steroid injection to hopefully stomp out other pain but the dr said it likely won't help the ON. Apparently because I also have migraines I'm just out of luck. This is unbearable! Narcotics...

It Is Difficult To Endure This Pain Daily
