    Well, it's been over 4 years now

    and I still have the same symptoms. I've been back up to 5 mgs for several months after being at 4 mgs for quite a while. Five seems to be the sweet spot. If I wake up one day feeling no symptoms, I'll try weening down. But, until then, I need to function. So, five it is.

    I was diagnosed with Poly in October,

    I was given 10 mg prednisone for 6 weeks. It did help. The Dr. then reduced to 8 mg it didn't take long and I was in agony again. It was back to 10 mg for a few weeks, then decrease to 9 mg the agony returned, and I am back on the 10 mg. I am very discouraged.
