I Have Problems Maintaining Eye Contact

I used to have such a hard time making eye contact.  I have a hard time talking with people too.  I had social anxiety soo bad.  Then I stopped going out as much and it got worse.  I wouldn't look at people or try and talk with them...

The best way I have of seeing into someone's soul is through their eyes. That is perhaps the thing I miss most about being online.  That, and not being able to touch them when they or I really need it.
