    I have been dealing with full blown RLS

    for about a year now. I have tried Neupro, which I ended up being allergic to, and am currently on Requip/Ropinorole tablets, which work but, after a couple of months my body becomes tolerant of it. Does anyone know of any other therapies that have helped you?

    It is very bad tonight.

    Feels Like Critters

    A lot of nights I feel like there are critters running around in my legs.  Like I have to move them constantly.  O DO I HATE THIS.  I was taking Klonopin for a few years which worked great but now I am taking adderall for A D D my doctor said they don't mix well...

    Ugh. It's nearly midnight

    and my legs are still twitching and jumping. I've taken the meds, done all my stretches, taken aspirin, rolled on the foam roller. I'm so sleepy. It is time for a specialist in sleep disorders. I hate taking meds but I need to sleep.
