    Runs In My Family

More specifically on my mother's side but mine doesn't really flare up all too often, usually once a month but since I've been pregnant.. WOW, I'll I do is sit down for 5 seconds and immediately have to move my legs around for some sort of relief. It gets really bad at night when...

And today has been the most miserable day.

I've never had it throughout the day before only at night, but the three hour drive back home I felt it the whole time. Trying a new medication that my mom said works and praying I will be able to fall asleep :(

    Mirapex

I have had RLS since my early 20's at least. I didn't know what it was then..but it would drive me crazy!! It has gotten worse as I have gotten older. I have tried a few medications and they would work for a little while, but then I would get used to them and the symptoms would...

I've suffered with RLS most of my 55 years.

Found out gluten is a huge trigger. Especially at night. Take Requip 4mgs at night also. Definitely helps avoiding gluten.

    Last Night Was Horrible!

I've been searching on the net about my condition and I think I have it. My leg is sensitive to cold. It doesn't like cold breeze of fan or air conditioner. It doesn't like cold floor. It doesn't like anything cold! It's weird because only my left leg is like that. I'd sleep with...

    Another terrible night.

Why does it take nearly an hour for the requip and clonzepam to kick in? I will take them earlier, tonight, but they make me loopy. I tried pickle juice (moms recommendation,) noworky. I will seek out the magnesium today. Maybe it's this horrible bed here in my moms house...

    Say Goodbye To Sleep

I have always had a hard time falling asleep, even before I got RLS. Now that I have RLS also hindering my sleep, sleep has become almost unattainable. I spend hours - sometimes even the whole night - tossing and turning, trying to find comfort. If RLS taught me one thing, it is...

    I've taken 2 clonzepam,

and a Requip, and two aspirins. I have stretched and rolled on my foam roller. It's 2:00 am and it will not stop. So tired. Need to sleep.

    Tied My Leg

Mine is usually triggered by stress. Right now my left leg is tied and my right leg is putting pressure on it. Later I will have to sleep with this left leg hanging off the edge of the bed. I really thought this was something imaginary. I wouldn't talk about this to other people...
