    What a Thing to Have...

I've had my CPAP machine for a year now. It's made a huge difference in  my  physical well-being and my mental health, too. I'd surely have gone insane if I wasn't getting any rest this last year.

I've had my CPAP for several years now.

I love it! I can't believe how long I slept without it! When I was younger, my sister would plug my nose and I'd turn over. Wasn't mean, I'd never ever wake up. Now if only I could have my relaxing sounds app on loud enough so my hubby wouldn't be bothered about it.
