    It's easier to her moving

if you start with a small muscle like a pinky or your tongue. It happens to me more when I'm stressed out and Xanax makes it go away

I haven't experienced it in a very long time

but randomly got it today. I was actually excited when I felt it occur and remembered to stay calm so I wouldn't have scary hallucinations. I heard a loud high pitched beeping sort of sound. When I calmed down it went away. Then I felt like something was having sex with me, but...

Yesterday morning Sleep Paralysis struck me

again. I haven;t had in in awhile, so it got me by surprise. I took a 4 hour nap before. From 17:00 to 21:00. I stayed up until 5:00 since I started to feel sleep. When I lied down I keep thinking of something creepy from this anime show I watched before I got ready for bed...

It's Not Like Having A Dream

I have had several episodes of sleep paralysis, and they have all been similar in that I'm "awake" and I'm very aware of being awake. I can't move, except for my eyes,  and I immediately have this uncontrollable fear. Sometimes, I'll just close my eyes and try to calm myself...

I had it again this morning.

I saw a part of my pillow and started to get scared. I expect the worst during Sleep Paralysis. I started to get mad to make myself wake up. Turning fear into anger pays off.

    Sleep Paralysis On Christmas Day

I had just finished Christmas dinner and was so full I was sleepy so I went to take a nap. Waking up from this nap was hell, my brother was in the room to get me to go downstairs and open our presents. I couldn't move or talk, he started tapping my arm, the pain was heightened...

A Couple Of Months Ago I Had The Most Terrifying Dream. It Sounds Silly, M

So in my dream I heard a loud crash and jumped up to see what it was. I was in my bedroom and it was exactly as it is in real life. I looked out the window and sitting on our tree bench was a little demon girl just grinning at me. I couldn't move for what felt like eternity but...

This happens to me mostly in the mornings,

when I keep waking up and falling asleep repeatedly. I wake up a 5:00AM, get ready, then I go back to sleep until 7:00AM. My bus comes at 7:15. Sometimes when I fall back to sleep I find myself waking up again and again. And all I don't mind it, I just fall back asleep. I also...

    My Sleep Paralysis

I have had this since as long as I can remember. The terrors started off withme being a child and hearing the voice of a boy say my name before I become paralysed.  It comes and goes, but when it does happen, I can expect for it to last for a few nights in a row. I get the...

    It's horrible, I wake up,

or at least I think I've woken up, but really I'm still in a dream, I struggle and panic, trying to regain consciousness. I then wake up. But then I realise I'm not in the place I fell asleep....So once more I panic struggling to wake up, trying to move myself... And finally I...

I started getting sleep paralysis at about 16 years of age. Going through stages of having it excite me to stages of being too scared to go to sleep, I ended up on Zoloft antidepressants for anxiety and OCD. I obviously wasn't put on these tablets to stop the sleep paralysis but...

I woke up around 3:30ish lastnight.

I had no clue why, I just did. When I attempted to fall back asleep I drifted into a subconscious state I guess. My body broke out in a cold sweat and my heart started racing. My whole body because extreme heavy and numb. My head started pounding in the front and the back. I...

Sleep Paralysis used to be the most horrific

thing of the week. I actually though that it was a nightmare, but now since I know so much about it, it isn't as bad. When i'm having sleep paralysis I sit still and wait for it to pass. If I fight it it seems to get worse so I just wait.

    I've experienced sleep paralysis on

and off for many years now. It doesn't happen much anymore, but when it does, it doesn't scare me as much as it used to. I don't let it. Back when it frightened me it happened a lot more often. Now I just relax my body and let it pass.

It mostly happens when I am I'll.

Or when my life is unbalanced. Sometimes I will wake up and not be able to move and hear other people walking around the house and try to talk to get their help. Of course it never works. Other times I have had someone there, one time when I was 13 there was a black mans arm...
