I don't know. My forearms hurt after working all day opening and closing cases in the same, repetitive manner. It hurts typing too, but it's never my wrists so I don't believe it's carpal tunnel.

    Girl With The Green Cast

April 10th, 2011 was just like any other day but then again it wasn't. I was 12, I'm 13 now. I live with my single father dad so I often do grocery shopping with him. Just like any other Sunday we were at Ingles. And then that one moment, the one I'll never forget that started...

My Allergies Don't Like Rubs And My Stomach Doesn't Like Pills!

The two best methods I’ve encountered that have been able to relieve my tendonitis are ice bathing and ultrasound therapy. I prefer ultrasound as it’s easier and pain free as I administer it myself with my portal machine. But from time to time I have an ice bath for the...

    3 Strikes And I'm Out!!!!!!!!!

18 years ago I got a trigger thumb at work. For those who don't know, tenosynovitis (trigger thumb/finger) is the last stop for tendonitis sufferers. The company I worked for at the time sent me to their doctor and they had Workman's...

    Had Enough!

I recently graduated from a fashion degree and stupidly decided to go all out and hand sew over 5000 seed beads onto a dress, this took about 1 and a half months with long periods of 6 hours at a time with no break (silly I sadly now know). My wrist began to ache but I didn't...
