    I'm using a fidget toy that's twisted

and has plastic ends, using this instead of picking at my hair and I hope I can successfully kick this, I try to heal and I fail but this is going to be it. I'm so tired of looking in the mirror at my growing bald spot in the front of my head becoming more noticeable

I haven't touched the hair on my head, so it's not too noticeable. Regardless, my dad gives me hēll every day. He makes fun of me for it and calls it "self-mutilation".
