    My Story

It all started when I was about 12 years old. I was secluded to my room. The anxiety made me go crazy. I did not know what to do with myself but read and listen to the radio. The two things that I wouldnt have taken away from me by my parents. It then formed into trichotillomania...

I've had trich since I was 8. I've hated the whole 10 years of it! I pull my eyelashes and hair. I've wanted to find people that have what I have so I can connect with them and talk to because I want to talk to people who know what it's like and what I'm going through. I still...

I have been pulling for the last 8 years.

I mainly pick my eyebrows and eyelashes then grind it between the front of my teeth, and I do it subconsciously. I have continually tried to self correct the problem without resorting to medication. Recently I have been trying preventative measures like wearing gloves and hats...
