As long as the criticism is constructive, i refuse destructive criticism.

 

i can kinda "deal" with it, but i still feel icky .. and tense, and i want to say something, but after quick calculation reach the point of realizing its a trap, just try and relax my neck and shoulders slowly to defuse it. <- this is from experience, not my imagination, of course sometimes it is my imagination, but most of the time i can see sumuns waiting to pounce and start getting louder, and really prove their critism, and get me to believe and feel that same way bout myself, which actually makes me want to laugh at them, which tends to be another reason for them to get loud *lol*, then my words come out as "mm .. yes, i understand how blah blah blah", then again, maybe its all in my head .. hmm ..

 

I don't believe in such a thing. There is not a constructive criticisim. All kinds of criticism are destructive. If you talk about encouraging, it's okay. this is acceptable. There is iniquity at the root of criticism. If you effect someone positively, from my point of view, it's enough to encourage. If you look for a solution about this, encouraging and advising are okay. ;)
