It's simply incredible to hug a tree! The first time I ever did it, I was like, "WOW, I can feel the energy running!". It's a wonderful stress buster and a great way to connect to nature.

Nobody else hugs them!! And I can always feel them hug me back, I love trees and could possibly stand there forever, hugging the tree tight to me. I might have scared many people doing this. But feel someone needs to hug the trees.
