I didn't hug this one. Evil, vicious tree. My Nana recently bought a house so she could move back down the M1 so we didn't have to commute so far to see her. In her drive way she had this tree that sadly had to be cut down. First day I went there for a visit, I got out of the...

    I Love Hugging Trees!

It's simply incredible to hug a tree! The first time I ever did it, I was like, "WOW, I can feel the energy running!". It's a wonderful stress buster and a great way to connect to nature. Let's hear it for the trees!

    Tree Hugger

We are here on earth to respect and save our planet. It is so sad to see people mistreat nature and destroy the most beautiful forests just to build more houses or buildings. Thousands of animals die because they depend on the trees, I would do anything in my power to try and...

    I Love Trees

Trees are amazing, yet they're taken for granted by most people. Sometimes you can find proof of how they ignore our constructions and just grow through/over/around it. I noticed a tree that had been growing through/over a fence a few years ago, I had known that tree when I was...

Hugging Trees Makes Me Feel Really Good

Hugging trees is almost like hugging another person for me. After hugging a tree tonight, I think I should hug one more often. It is almost like meditation. The tree calms me down and clears my mind and feelings. It's surprising, you should try it! Especially now that the trees...

    Hug Them All!!

Nobody else hugs them!! And I can always feel them hug me back, I love trees and could possibly stand there forever, hugging the tree tight to me. I might have scared many people doing this. But feel someone needs to hug the trees.

    ~~Treehugger Forever~~ Trees have souls.

At least that's what I believe :) They are living things, just like us, remember? I cringe every time I see little kids pulling leaves off a tree or snapping its branches.....it's just like ripping someone's fingers off or something. Pretty morbid.

    Once In Awhile

I do, literally, on occasion, actually hug trees.  When I was ten years old I carved a heart and my initials into the tree in front of my house (later, I felt bad about the carving), and I used to sometimes wrap my arms around it and just hug it.  I was a pretty...
