    Shaping Up For the Army

    I am joining the army in february and recently got a letter from them with an exercisement plan for jogging and working out. They recommend that i jog three times a week and that i increase the time of the jogs. According to their plan i should only jog 20 minutes at this stage...

    That's all I can do, run away from stress,

    sadness, and what sticks me down. I jogged for 1.3 hour along the beautiful river in dusk. Life can be fearful sonetimes, I m glad I can run. Even if the route was a circle, I focus on breathing and nature, had my mind off the crazy messy life for a bit. Who is the one making...

    Just Started

    I came across a jogging plan on the NHS website from never having jogged at all to jogging 5k or for 30mins continuosly,today was my second time that i went im finding it abit difficult at 1st but im sure it will get easier
