It's such an important part of my life. I do it for the endorphins. Sure I could eat better but I'm a foodie! I workout 4-5 times a week. I walk out feeling like a model :)
It helps with my depression and I always feel better after. It also helps me feel better about myself and I know it's a step in the right direction.
