Afraid That I Have Lost My Determination Already!!

I joined Weight Watchers exactly one week ago. I am 29 yrs old, mother of 2 and I weigh 271 Lbs. *that is because I lost 4lbs, my first week* although today I have gone over my target points by 10 points, and all week I have had trouble even reaching the target! I am terrified...

    I Did It.

Well, my weight was getting up to 235 lbs, and I was unhappy.  My wife was already on Weight Watchers and offered to help me learn the ropes, so I joined.  I'm down to 218 and feeling much better.  Hoping to get down to 185 lbs.  Wish me luck.

    My second time around

and week one is over...and I did fairly well! Very nervous to weigh in tomorrow morning though, I've been so obsessed with the number in the past that I'm only allowing myself to use the scale once a week so I'm hoping its a little loss!

This morning I met my goal to lose 15 pounds!! I'm really excited. I thought it would harder to meet this small goal. I'm finding the program extremely easy to use on a daily basis. I love all the new recipes I've discovered too. I love cooking, so it's been a real treat to...

    I Can Do It!!!!

I have committed myself to losing weight and feeling better about my body. My husband is behind me 100%. I told him to yell at me whenever I slip up. He has been such a good support person. I really like going to the meetings and talking with the different people there. The...

    I weighed in this morning

and I lost another 2.4 pounds. My total so far is 13.8 pounds. I'm so happy about it. I don't find it very hard to do. I'm exercising more and running everyday. I am continuing to work on my waist training as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my progress so far.

I lost another 3.4 pounds!! My total so far is 11.4!! I'm really excited about it!!! I don't find it hard at all. In fact, I'm having difficulty eating everything I'm supposed to eat to meet my daily points. The walking and exercising more has definitely made a difference...

    Weight Watchers Points Plus

I joined a week ago and I'm already struggling! it's hard because there is no way to know how many points something has unless it's written in the book or you calculate it with a calculator... it's really annoying and I'm supposed to have 26 points a day and it's hard!!
