Never Did It Enough As a Kid

As a kid I was fascinated with mud puddles. But I was not allowed to play in them. I had to be so careful to not come home wet or muddy.  The consequences where very dire indeed. I even had to becareful to not get splashed by the other kids playing in puddles. Maybe that is...

I suppose it's slightly childish, but who cares?!?! It's brilliant!! A time for your immature side to leap free and for you to have fun. I don't care really what others say, they're just sad people who aren't wet enough!!!

    Too Hot

I live in a state where puddles are almost imagenary. I miss the rain. When it does, I'm outside fully clothed running around like it's the first time I've seen rain. The parking garage where I work is the perfect place for puddles. When it rains, it comes in and sits in just the...

    And Run In the Rain

I'm not a rubber rainboot wearing kinda girl, i jump in the puddles when the urge strikes me. Usually I am in skirts and sandals, and jump getting my clothes all wet and making myself sweetly chilled to the bone. I tread to the deep parts of puddles and splash around, making...

    Could Be Fun

The puddles need to be in a warm place and I have no where I need to go.  Just a lazy day, jumping in puddles with friends.

    I Do This

I've been jumping in puddles since I was really little.  When my daughter was 2 I tried to teach her to do it.  What I got was an "eww mommy your getting all dirty."   I don't get it.  I love to get dirty and jump in puddles.  I think it's fun...

I Will Go Slighty Out Of My Way To Jump In The Huge Puddle

Yes, I love puddles, always have. When I was a kid my parents never understood me on why I would jump in puddles and get my pants all wet. Even now that I'm older I still do that. No matter what I'm wearing, if it looks deep enough, I'm going in. The more height, the bigger the...

    Though Its Been a While....

I have a pretty vivid memory of myself and a beloved friend outside our school one morning jumping in the huge puddles the rains had created. Not only jumping in them, but kicking water at other people as they walked by. By the time I'd made it to class, I was soaked. :) There...

My Dad Jumped In Puddles With Me

I remember as a kid my dad used to jump in puddles with us kids when it rained outside. I think the first time I recall was when we all went to a store together. My Mom and Gramma were trying to find some material (?) I think for making something. My Dad started getting goofy and...

It rained again the other day and I watched my oldest as she carried the baby with my son behind her, trying to dodge the puddles that were every where. I just couldn’t resist as they were concentrating so hard on missing the water and I just ran and jumped! SPLASH! &ldquo...

    Making a Splash,

Every time I splash in a puddle it reminds me of the song and movie Singing in the rain, and yep, I start singing in the rain

Well I don’t really jump in puddles but if somebody is walking beside me and we go past a puddle I will sometimes stomp in it to splash them. Cheers!

I'm Still Child In This Way

I'm lucky to have unconventional parents. When i was little girl, mom didn't give me any bans like most of nowadays moms do...: Don't do this, because you'll be dirty! Don't touch it, it's full of germs!!! ...And other similar orders. (in better cases kids were given explanation...

    I Guess I'm Still a Little Kid.

I always jump in puddles. I don't care if they get my shoes wet. I don't care if they splatter my pants. Honestly... puddles were made to be jumped in. Especially when people who aren't so adventurous are standing nearby. Splattering them is probably one of the best things ever...
