As much as I know how to cook,

I leave that to my husband. I specialize in anything Italian while he basks in all that is Oriental... I know how to cook but he more than enjoys cooking, so why not let the lad pamper me? :P

    I taught myself to cook

because I was fed up of living on sandwiches. Now I love experimenting with new recipes from all over the world. My speciality is chicken & sausage jambalaya, Cajun style without tomatoes, but I also love cooking Italian food.

It's like therapy. When I was young,

my mother boiled everything. But, when I met my wife, I discovered that good could actually taste good... and be good for you at the same time. Over the years I've learned how to cook and how to experiment with food. The best part of cooking is having someone eat it...
