    Mmmmmm

    It's a sin to throw away all that delicious fond after sauteing meat.  It only takes a minute or two to deglaze the pan, reduce the liquid down, and turn that fond into a delicious natural sauce.  Or thicken it a bit for a more classic sauce.   Now I'm hungry...
