    upper body work yesterday,

    today is leg work day. Will be pressing 630 pounds for 10 reps, 12 sets to start. Then light thigh lifts, and finishing with leg presses again, 10 reps of 390 for 6 sets, though the last set will be 25 reps. My legs should be somewhat rubbery for the 10 block walk home.

    Used To Lift All The Time...

    Back in highschool since I ditched gym for a Strength Training class which I took for the last two years. But now that I graduated if I want to go lift some weights I have to go to a gym sadly. I haven't lifted in 3 months now sadly.

    When I Was 12 Years Old

    I first lifted weights when I was 12 years old, which probably wasn't very good for me at all, plus the fact that I didn't really know what I was doing. I still do it now, but I just do it at home, rather than in gyms.

    Plateaus Are Annoying.

    Been heavy lifting for a few years now.

    Started at 145lbs and pushing 200lbs now and now I'm trying to cut back to 185 and it's hurting pretty bad. Running 5-10 miles a day and I don't mind the cardio but I'm hungry! Grrr!

    Foolishly, perhaps, I became involved in

    political campaigns in 2012 and 2013. Those campaigns took a lot of time away from lifting. When I did lift, I tended to focus on my bench workout. After losing both campaigns, I had to focus on rebuilding my practice. Consequently, I just started working on legs recently...

    I read today that a man from the UK recently

    set a new world record deadlift at 1,018.54 pounds. That is beyond my comprehension, and makes my 400 lbs look pretty puny.

    I just started to lift weights

    Lifting weights is the easy part,

    EATING 6 times a day is the hard part for me!!! I want to bulk up but my metabolism are damn too high. Brought my first whey protein yesterday so I don't have to eat each hour, Idk if it works but I will give it a try.

    Evidence of Aging? It used to be

    I threw out all of my personal bests

    Upper body day today.
