I love apples. My all-time favorites–––and I mean all-time–––are the Red Delicious selections that come from Wenatchee, Washington. They're so sweet, and they've got a good bit of kick inside of them...

I do love apples. Fujis are good.  So are Galas.  But my very favorite kind of apples are Honeycrisps.  They're sweet with just a tiny undertone of tartness, and a really good, intense apple flavor.Yum!
