    I have two ways doing artichokes: 1) Add breadcrumbs in each leaf. 2) Add minced meat in each leaf. Boil - bake in oven I usually accompany the artichokes with potatoes on the side. I don't eat the heart, I don't like the taste of it.

    Dipped In Mayonnaisse Or Butter

    thats the way to eat artichokes..or asparagus..but artichokes dont give you that smelly pee..and i cant eat the heart...what a strange taste..

    I Make a Butt-kickin' Stuffed One, Too....
