    Does Anybody Make Their Own?

Upon arrival in Texas I found that BBQ is the main staple.  I found that it is also great to make your own.  My family loves a good brisket and sausage.  So to gain a new hobby I have started to smoke and BBQ my own. Hickory wood with a little oak has been my...

    Family Time

We live on the NJ Shore. We have a boat and my husband loves to fish. Hence we eat what he catches...from Striped Bass, Flounder, to Shark etc. We cook it on the BBQ which gives the fish a wonderful natural flavor. Sometimes we blacken it for the great Cajun flavor. Dad ...
