    It's the journey not the destination that matters. I know it is corny. But it turned out to be true, at least for my last cycling trip, because I never got to my destination.I rather have reached to my destination, but since I didn't, I had to be satisfied with the journey...

    Haven't Done It Yet

    I have not done any bicycle touring yet but I really want too. I don't even know where I want to go. I do know that I want to ride 100 miles in one day someday and that I want to tour my home state and in as many states as possible. But I've got to get in shape first. Right...

    I always like bike riding but at 53 I did my first century and I felt great.

    24 Mile Ride

    Today was the most beautiful day. It actually warmed up after 2 weeks of bitter cold, so I decided to go for a ride. I rode for 24 miles in the beautiful SC countryside. Those 2 hours were pure pleasure.
