My idea of chilling may not be the same as others out there. I spent so many years in the corporate world that I think I may have forgotten how to chill out. For so long it meant taking 10 to 15 minutes to myself and not looking at the computer.

such such just sitting outside in a park or other outside amenity for a half hour or longer just switched off unloading my head of any thoughts or anxieties.
On other occasions, it may be more just laying almost style on the couch or bed as time passes by
