I haven't had an egg salad sandwich in years. And, yet again, I'm craving one right now.

Anything With Eggs....

Dairy is my favorite food group.
I make my egg salad with lots of mayo, mustard (dry or other--chanpagne mustard is esp. good!), also I'll throw in a little chhese or deviled ham sometimes.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

I've never actually made it myself, but I really love the taste. Whenever I see it on the menu at a restaurant (which is rarely), I usually get it. I love deviled eggs too. Yummy!
