    Great Cd

If you like Tull, I highly recommend the CD "A Classic Case - The London Symphony Orchestra Plays the Music of Jethro Tull" on RCAVictor. Ian Anderson and Martin Barre perform on the disc.  I love it.

Ok, I Do, But Enough Is Enough.

I attended a short add-on school when I was in the army many years ago.  I had a roommate in the barracks who was one of those people who basically never left the room.  He bought an $8 turntable and had a single album: Aqualung.  And he played it over and over and over...

    Thick As A Brick....

So many wonderful compositions; such musicality; such lyricism! And the melodies... The only time I got to see them live was in Charlotte, NC... circa 2001... great show!

    My Anthem

My anthem in my old age has become "Too Old to Rock n Roll, Too Young To Die." You're never too old to rock n roll if you are too young to die.

    Jethro Tull

It's not common group... No everyone is able to listen to the music like this and I understand it. I came to touch with Jethro Tull by my father... I always wish to know to play flute as perfectly as Ian Anderson. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRo5whIbau4&feature...

    Saw Them Twice

Love Ian Anderson and the whole band -- saw them twice in the 70s -- they were fabulous -- Ian Anderson leaping and playing his flute while the rest of the band rocked great memories

Jethro Tull At The Boston Garden

It's been 40 years now but I was fortunate to see (and hear) Jethro Tull back in the early 70's at the Boston Garden. Tull was on tour after releasing a Passion Pl;ay and performed the entire album.  For the encore they performed the entire album Thick as a Brick.  The fans...

One of the first concerts that I went to was in college and it was Jethro Tull Aqualung...Early 70's, psychedelic and more so because I was stoned...I can sometimes still close my eyes and relive the entire night...whew!

    I Am A Big Fan

They are most likely on my top 10 list of favorite bands...their earlier stuff anyway. I really do like most of their music. I even liked dot com, which came out in like 1996. Ian Anderson is incredibly talented, as they all are. Martin Barre is probably number one on the list of...
