    I don't just like lifting,

    I cant go without lifting. I feel weird if I miss a day of working out, and the feeling you get when you start to lifting and the heart rate is up and your pump is so huge that your skin feels like its going to tear. Its my drug, my release, my sanctuary and my lively hood.

    not bragging at all..

    ..but I love lifting and I am good at it. I did not start till I turned 40 and have fallen in love with the gym. I have had 2 shoulder surgeries since I started lifting weights but I think I was broken from old high school football days. My bench is 450 lbs, my squat is 525...

    If I feel sad, I lift If I feel angry,

    I lift heavier If I feel stressed, I lift Lifting weights it's my therapy or else I'd go insane... "weights don't ask silly questions, weights understand" haha Please share any reason of why you go to the gym and what's your personal best lift?

    I love lifting weights.

    It's a great stress reliever and mind clearer. I usually train 6 days a week. I feel so much better after every workout. It's great seeing the results too.

    Ehhh it's ok, kinda fun I guess.

    I used to lift a ton back

    when I was younger - then went to college and let myself get skinny. Never gained weight, but definitely lost muscle. On a mission now to put that muscle back on lol. I'm doing the starting strength program, which I've done before, and goal is to get my main lifts back up...

    Early morning workouts =D love them.

    went to to gym at 5 in the morning came back home at 7. Mostly core and cardio tho.

    Love Lifting

    I am being trained by a power lifter. I am a woman who is proud of my Body and is looking forward to making it better. I like that im 45 and people tell me how young i look. Want to be a good example.
