I Like Looking At the Clouds

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 372 People

If I'm outside and there are clouds out,

I like to take the time and stare at them drift by. I get a sort of peace then. The only downfall is that if I do it when someone is talking to me they think I am ignoring them. As if I can only hear when my eyes are on them. I feel I am a decent listener when people need me to...

    Never Plain On The 'plane

I absolutely love looking at cloud tops from aircraft. Earlier this year I went to NZ and returning across the Tasman Sea the cloud formations were simply awesome. I took a lot of pics of them that no-one else wants to look at, because to most people they are just a lot of boring...

    Flight.

Sometimes (a lot of the time) I just lay down in the grass and watch the clouds. I dream of flying away from where ever I am and being free to fly where ever I wanted. Up in the clouds just seems like such a better place compared to down here. I have been in air planes before...

    Summer Clouds In Texas

I think the summer clouds in Texas are the most beautiful in the world.    They are huge and fluffy.  The sky is often a brilliant blue and showcases their beauty.I discovered this over 10 years ago when I first moved to Texas.   I had an hour commute from downtown Austin...

    I Always Look For Shapes

Since I was just a wee lad I have loved to stare into the sky and find different shapes that are present in the clouds.

    Midnight Clouds

Have you ever looked up in the night sky and catch yourself gazing at the night's clouds. Theres just something about them that catchs ur eyes and make you begin to relax. If you havent u have to look up at them at least once. I bet you'll never stop looking for them after.

    Possibilities

There's one thing I love to watch more than wildlife....clouds. To just sit or lie somewhere and become lost in the sky is one of the most relaxing things to do. When I gaze at the clouds I feel as if I'm experiencing how my life should be....calm, tranquil, and serene.

    God Does Exsist!

The fatal mistake of so many is either believing God isn't real or the fact that they won't receive what he is offering and that is salvation. Apart from God we are nothing we are but a puff of smoke blown in the air and then vanishing. God wishes for all to come to know him...
