Study = Fail .. Not In My Eyes

I was perusing the internet and came across this: Instantly, I began checking the math and could find no issue with it other than the fact that their final answer was in direct opposition of their first statements. So, I set out to prove this little bugger wrong. Here is what I...

    A biologist, a chemist,

and a statistician are out hunting. The biologist shoots at a deer and misses five feet to the left. The chemist takes a shot and misses five feet to the right. The statistician yells "We got 'em!”

.. I'm a little scared, because I don't have all my angle identity formulas/conversions down. ...at least I'm solid on all the derivative rules though. Wish me luck!

...to an extent; It's like solving a puzzle.

But unlike other subjects, it doesn't come natural to me, which makes it a challenge that I sometimes rather not deal with.

The Link Between Fibonacci and the Golden Ratio

Believe it or not, maths can be fun. Its also very functional, but some mathematics can be absolutely stunning! "What's the link between the Fibonacci sequence and the Golden Ratio?" I am posting this answer in response to the above question from an EP fan who wishes to remain...

    Math Is a Wonderful Thing...

I love math because (if you're good at it) you do it, and it's done. It's objective, and you can just cross it off. As long as you understand it, which I usually do, you can just do it like a machine. I feel so accomplished and smart when I do math. It's the only thing I'm good...

Has anyone else ever done this thing

where you count time differently? If I wanted to say 5:30 a different way, I would say it was 4:90 because then it u would reduce it so there are 30 extra minutes so you change the 4 to 5 and use the extra 30 minutes to make it 5:30. I've always been the only person to do this...

Open questions. A lot of people do not realize

Okay so here's a question: If your school work

counts for 100% of your grade, but is divided into two semesters worth 40% each and a final test worth 20%, what grade will you have to get on the final test if you made an 80 in the first semester and a 75 in the other to get at least a 70 average?
