I FINALLY got this kid's cd. First let me say he's gorgeous. Moving on.
When he first came on my bf & I were like, "Is that a dude or a chick?" lol Then he started to sing & I was, like, barfing in my cup. My bf was disgusted. Then I kept listening. And I FELL...
Paolo is a recent discovery for me. I heard one of his songs awhile back on the closing credits of a tv program and I made a mental note to do an Itunes search and download some of his songs, but I forgot all about it, until I read a read a comment referring to him.
"I was hoping that here on EP I'd find angels to meet! A room full of all my friends; dancing round & round!"
Thus far I'd have to say my NewShoes have brought me good luck! Met alot of angels on here. If I haven't met you yet, say hello...

Baby let's get closer, tonight
Grant my last request and just let me hold you, don't shrug your shoulders
I have a few songs that I listen to in the morning while getting ready for work. Upbeat stuff to get my day going in a good direction. No matter what other songs I add or subtract, that one stays in the line up.
A song Paolo Nutini wrote in honour of his grandfather (I believe).
Autumn leaves under frozen souls,
Hungry hands turning soft and old,
My hero cried as we stood out their in the cold,
Like these autumn leaves I don't have nothing to hold.
A live recording of Paolo Nutini singing Dougie MacLean's "Caledonia". A song about Scotand.
I don't know if you can see,
The changes that have come over me
These last few days I've been afraid,
That I might drift away
So I've been telling old stories,
