I Like Red Wine

I used to drink beer. Not Coor's or shit like that, but really good craft brews. Even as far back as 1990 when the whole microbrewery concept hadn't taken off yet.

But once I moved to the Bay Area, I started drinking more wine. And...

I like a light red wine as an every day kind of wine, leaving fuller-bodied wines for more special occasions. Obviously, coming from the south of France I do like the quintessential reds from Provence and the Languedoc, and Roussillon...

It's hard to describe how good it feels to taste that perfect drop of red wine. Not exactly orgasmic, but close. I am going to start a catalogue of my favourites, For starters, I highly recommend Grant Burge Cab Sav Merlot 2007.

The best way to enjoy a bottle of red wine is toopen it and allow it to breathe, if it does not look like it's breathing give itmouth to mouth resuscitation.

There is nothing like Cab... smooth, rich, mellow and full bodied... caresses and tingles my tongue... warms my insides...
