    Re-freshing

Yes, I like the cold side of the pillow and every time I wake up throughout the night I have to adjust it. I find it much more relaxing, soothing and I just fall asleep that much better. I tend to generate a lot of heat while I sleep and a cool pillow is my sleeping aid.

Love to get in bed with clean sheets

and my nice fluffy feather pillow all nice and cool. ****** me off if someone in my bed got MY favorite pillow warm! I'll have to bop whomever made it warm with it to remind them to leave my favorite pillow alone so it's nice and cool for me!

    Flip It

I've figured out a system with my pillow so there's always a cold spot. I love it. I flip it around, sometimes upside-down, and BAM! a cold spot. Just thinking about my cold spot on the pillow makes me smile...

Nothings more comfy than the cold side of the

pillow. I hate being too warm when I sleep. I have a naturally high body temperature so I get heated up easier than most people which is just awful during the summer season. I usually rely on the cold side of the pillow to keep me cool. I have another pillow that I put between...

    Who Doesn't?

If I wake up in the middle of the night, chances are I'm flipping my pillow over.

    I Remember....

....when I was a child, we didn't have air conditioning and in the summer it was rather warm in our home.  Anyhow, one way my mom would help me was when tucking me in she would pull my long, brown locks up off my neck and flip my pillow over to get the coldest part possible...

    On Those Hot Days.

I love rolling over and literally feeling that cool sensation on my face. It feels really good also when you have a tempature. I love feeling cool breeze on my face when sleep too. Only my face though and if it gets to cold I hate it. Weird I know but I do really like that the...

    My Old Pillow.

I remember the pillow I had back in the U.S.  It was an old heavy feather pillow.  I remember always sleeping with it and sticking my hand under the pillow when I laid down because I loved the cold underside of the pillow.  Sometimes I would flip it over so I could put my head...
