    I loooove this series!... a spooky, phsychological twister...  being stuck in that eery village, Yikes!... Patrick Mcgoohan is a marvel!... We want information... You won't get it!!!... that ball still freaks me out!

    Fallout.

    There is one theory that in the final episode''Fallout''the village was run by aliens & number one escapes in the rocket that we see taking off & leaving the village radioactive. Number 1 being number 6.......or vica versa??????

    Who Is Number One?

    underappreciated and largely unrecognized classic! Just 27 of us here?!? Travesty! Patrick McGoohan's masterpiece still poses more questions than it answers and sadly, since he has passed, will remain so. Still, it is better to leave a mystery so we can debate its cause...

    Relevance

    i used to work shifts at an airport and spent a whole weekend of nights watching all episodes 1 after the other i hope, by now, everybody understands the point many of the stories are still relevant how free are elections? are drugs the way to control society? is learning best...
