I got this recipe from my newly acquainted aunt, who in turn got it from the Nigella Express recipe book. It is sooo good. I had it with freshly sliced fennel and curly kale. My kids had it with regular greens (of course).
I think it is stew weather so I threw into a big stew pot the following: chicken, carrots, turnip, potatoes, leak, pearl onions, chicken stock, vegetable stock, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, garlic, basil, and thyme. And all this is stewing now. I look forward to it.
