    Slow roast turkey...like a chef.

.lol.. Temperature at 250° F Cover tightly with tinfoil.. cook twice as long as you would at regular temp.. It will turn out the most flavorful ..and be falling off the bone.. *Warning* Once you transfer this bird from roaster to serving platter..3-2-1.. it will literally...

I use cooking as a therapy.

There is nothing more relaxing to me on any given evening than the whole process. From gathering the supplies down to the last clean-up, it makes me feel useful, happy, and creative.

    I enjoy cooking very much.

I like making homemade sauerkraut. And pickles. I love making homemade pizza with homemade cheese on it. It's very cool being able to do these things for myself.

Made some honey garlic chicken tonight

and it came out amazing!!! I am so happy my cousin gave me the idea. The sauce only consisted of chopped garlic, hot sauce and honey boiled together for about 3 minutes and then glazed over baked or fried wings. It is something all should try if you like wings! :)

    I can cook, sadly it's a skill I picked up bc I

felt like I would be alone forever, no one to make me dinner, so why not make my own. I like helping my mom though, sometimes she comes home really tired/stressed from a busy day at work so I cook to ease her up a bit, at least it has that benefit.

Today I made a random vegan experiment.

I used a red curry paste, ginger, garlic and olive oil base, added leeks, carrots, mushrooms, squash and kale. I put in 2 cans of coconut milk a little miso mushroom stock and flavored with salt, pepper, maple syrup and sriracha sauce. The wife ate it up.
