I guess it reflects my crazy life that

although I like cooking and enjoy it, I don't do it very often. I actually find it quite relaxing at times, especially if it turns out right and then I can eat it. Useful bonus, that ;-)

is no right or wrong way to cook, even if the food is burnt. The thing about burnt food is that you need to have the strength and courage to eat it lol.

    Penguin Curry

Curry. If you're an American there's no middle ground. You despise or enjoy it. More than likely if curry evokes a negative reaction you've eaten the day long-simmering glop at the $5.99 all-ya-can-eat luncheon special ("Is that a dirty mop I smell?".)  No, the carefully...

    I absolutely adore cooking!

I get so into it, and when I'm in my cooking zone, I feel like a mini chef. If I have a bad day cooking is my great little outlet; it really gets my mind off any negative types of things. Even though the food I cook generally turns out pretty awful, I still love doing it!
