    I finally made those fajitas.

..The ones I kept meaning to make but worried they would be too much work. God...everyone loved them. The margaritas helped. But seriously...thanks for the recipe. At least I got that. Thx again...S.

    I absolutely adore cooking!

I get so into it, and when I'm in my cooking zone, I feel like a mini chef. If I have a bad day cooking is my great little outlet; it really gets my mind off any negative types of things. Even though the food I cook generally turns out pretty awful, I still love doing it!

Curry. If you're an American there's no middle ground. You despise or enjoy it. More than likely if curry evokes a negative reaction you've eaten the day long-simmering glop at the $5.99 all-ya-can-eat luncheon special ("Is that a dirty mop I smell?".)  No, the carefully...

I love simple food. I just made a feta

and tomato omelet with avocado. It may seem a lot to do for one simple meal - shop, maintain the refrigerator and the pantry, wash the veggies, prep, and cleanup. But it's definitely worth the effort. Dining out is fine, but a home-cooked meal is divine.
