    But hate cleaning so I think I'm going to whip

    up some fancy Thai food, walk into the kitchen, remember what a pain in the *** doing dishes is, and end up eating a can of ravioli. Making my mother proud one processed can of dinner at a time.

    I really never thought I would be saying this,

    I love making my own Chicken Soup i make from

    scratch. I learned too make Chicken Soup from my mother. I put in plenty of vegetables such as carrots,celery,onion and leek.And yes hot Chicken Soup is great when you have a cold.

    How is it that it take

    for ever to go from raw to "nearly done" then a nanosecond to go from "nearly done" to cremated? Plus in that nanosecond, something will always distract you - doorbell, earthquake, overflowing sink etc

    Today's recipe is quite simple

    as it is Walpurgis night. You take out a bottle of white wine, open it and pour into glasses. Then take two frozen pizzas and bake them in the oven. Carry them out onto the balcony and enjoy with good company!

    Made some honey garlic chicken tonight

    and it came out amazing!!! I am so happy my cousin gave me the idea. The sauce only consisted of chopped garlic, hot sauce and honey boiled together for about 3 minutes and then glazed over baked or fried wings. It is something all should try if you like wings! :)

    Roasted lamb with white wine/thyme/mashed

    onions sauce. I served this with a paleo friendly side dish, baked sweet potatoes with a little bit of olive oil and plenty of sauce over 'em. Yumz! :)

    I finally found a way to cook Brussel Sprouts

    where I actually like them. Make a marinade of equal parts Balsamic Vinegar and Honey and marinate the Brussel Sprouts for at least an hour. Set the oven to 200C and line a tray with foil. Roast those suckers until tender, turning once. Season and enjoy.

    Running low on my monthly budget

    and had to try something that turned out amazing! Brown rice, chicken breast, diced tomatoes in a can, half an onion, one garlic clove, dried black beans and many seasonings including cumin and chili powder. Delish with a little kick!

    I cooked boneless chicken thigh filets

    and I made chicken broth and lightly buttered the chicken partway into the cooking process. It is really good. The light butter made the tender, juicy chicken even more tender and juicy. Yum! :)
