    Roasted lamb with white wine/thyme/mashed

    onions sauce. I served this with a paleo friendly side dish, baked sweet potatoes with a little bit of olive oil and plenty of sauce over 'em. Yumz! :)

    I make the bessssst chicken.

    Make my own sauce and let the chicken marinate for a day before frying it up. So delicious!!! Definitely my signature dish

    I love cooking! Big meals,

    I'm going to do a Rump Roast

    Mexican lasagna - I use corn tortillas in

    place of pasta and enchilada sauce instead of pasta sauce. Instead of ricotta and mozzerella I use monterrey and cheddar cheese. I season the meat with chili pepper and paprika, I add diced onion and garlic as well.

    I truly enjoy cooking

    and try to do it whenever possible. The only issue is that my ratio between failure and success is around 1/2 regardless of the recipe ( a curse I tell you). Thus sometimes I feel like I would share it with the world if I could, and sometimes I imagine the mental breakdown...

    I love trying new recipies out

    and I like using my friends and family as guinea pigs, but my husband doesn't like it, he thinks that if the meal doesn't taste good that our friends won't like us. Haha, it never happens though :) I'm a great cook! Silly husband, getting all nervous for nothing.
