What is:

You favorite dish to make?

Favorite dish to eat?

Most often prepared meal?

One thing you cannot stand to eat?

The thing you love to eat but hate to cook?

My answers:

You favorite dish to make?

I love making the complicated, finicky desserts.  Hate cleaning up the kitchen afterwards, but love making something with such wonderful results.  Meringues filled with flavored whip cream is one of my favorites.  Not to hard to make, but look impressive.

Favorite dish to eat?

I love artichokes.  Simple, bold flavor.  I like the lighter, French influenced food that has strong emphasis on the natural flavors of the food, enhanced with light sauces and marinades.

Most often prepared meal?

Rice pilaf.  Quick, easy, filling, and reasonably healthy.

One thing you cannot stand to eat?

Mushrooms.  The texture is just too odd for me.

The thing you love to eat but hate to cook?

This one is hard.  Mostly because I can't think of any thing off the top of my head.  I think I am going with Indian Curry though.  I love a good curry, but have yet to figure out how to make one well, so I have that idea on time-out for a bit.  But if there is curry on the menu, thats what I get.

You favorite dish to make?
I'd say its Strawberry Roulade, took time to get the meringue just right but it goes down a treat at parties.

Favorite dish to eat?
Love BBQ's even in winter (garage), tried BBQ peaches with steak at the weekend, interesting ...

Most often prepared meal?
Into Mexican at the moment - Fajitas

One thing you cannot stand to eat?
Baked beans - yugh!

The thing you love to eat but hate to cook?
I'll eat most things ( other than the beans of course) and love cooking.
