    Just did 100 squats without stopping

    and a 35 second plank. I usually do 40-50 squats at a time several times a day to make it easier but so far today I did 100 with no breaks!! I can usually hold my planks for 50 - 60 seconds but i'm exhausted. I haven't slept yet and it's 5 am.... but so far it's a good day

    Endorphins

      Exercise has so many benefits, from better mood, to healthier weight and metabolism, to destressing. I enjoy exercise quite a bit, and exercise every day. I am going to attempt yoga a bit, maybe join a class or something. Yoga is pretty beneficial too. :)

    I like to do Leslie sansone walk at home videos

    on YouTube and she has one mile video, two mile video,three mile video, four mile, video and a five mile video! Plus she uses hand weights too!! It takes me an hour to get done with one of her videos!!

    I fill my days with exercise classes.

    From basic gym to dance and to boxercise. Yoga classes are good, spinning classes. To get sweaty with the guys in the weights gym. It's all crucial to a healthy life.

    I feel a kind of giddiness

    when I exercise; a bit of a rush of joy. It doesn't last long, but it's nice while it does last. Despite that, most of the time I still struggle to get myself started.

    I am on vacation visiting relatives

    for a week, so I won't have my free weights with me. My room is too small for my regular cardio workout, so I am doing body weight exercises this week so that I don't get sluggish and out of routine.

    Especially Body Pump And Yoga....

    These are the two exercise classes that I participate in most often. I like the health benefits, the fact that I am toning up and in terms of Yoga, I like the fact that it gives me an hour of winding down and clearing my head of everything. It is really beneficial to me.

    I actually love to exercise cause I feel
