I Like to Go to the Gym

    Maybe like is a bit exagarated,

    but I go there twice a week. The training itself is just something that has to be done, but being a little sore and tired afterwards is nice. It makes me feel like I accomplished something and seeing my body get stronger and less fat over time is a welcome "surprise" too.

    Baby Weight

    I love going to the gym and I couldn't wait to get back after having my baby. Only three more pounds to go before geting back to my prebaby weight. Not much gets rid of the daily stresses of life better than a good workout.

    so people tell me is hard to get muscles

    and get to 195lbs so I have put my self into a transformation of 16 weeks to get to 195 im in week 4 and I put 15 lbs soo is possible im 18lbs away from my goal

    In London, I train everyday,

    in the gym for a minimum of four hours each day. Here, in Stavanger, I shall work out at the gym, with some of my friends here, or with my brothers when they arrive.

    Been gymming now since i was 15.

    guess im abit of a fitness addict. i cant see myself not workingout anymore its become a part of my daily life. wish more people actually went ans took care of their bodies, treat your body with reapect, feed it with good food and exersice it!

    The people that go to my gym are ridiculous.

    So there are handicapped parking spaces, yet I see these young men with no handicapped sign parking in those spaces to go the gym. Are you freakin serious? You're going to the gym to work out, but you're to damn lazy to walk a little farther? Then I see some seniors or people...

    I used to hate going to the gym

    but now I find it ok although i'm probably not pushing myself enough. I hate the treadmill because it's so boring! I want to keep fit and I try to go to the gym as much as I can.

    I have a really busy schedule

    but I do fit in gym time to get a regular workout. I like classes, but the only one I do get to regularly is called spinning, it's a static bike set exercise programme. It can be pretty gruelling. I have time to also swim. Two or three times a week at the moment. And at the end...

    I work out for at least an hour almost every

    week day evening. Looking after yourself, apart from for health risks is vital. I have lots of friends and training partners where I go.

    The gyms my home ! It the one thing in my life

    I usually go to the gym around 8pm

    before work. It's my time to refocus and release the stresses of the day. I love it. I love sweating out negativity. The stress drips off my back and I smile at my success.

    Back into it now and really enjoy going daily.

    get in do some cardio and weight machines and get out..anywhere to at least an hour to sometimes two hours per day....feeling better and much stronger going to the gym again...

    I love gym classes. I find being micro-managed

    Three to four times a week,

    an hour each day. I don't like the BIG crowds, but I go anyway. I always feel like a million buck after I finish my work out, go home, and shower. Good stuff, that is. :D

    2 weeks after starting DL i could do 200lbs

    I go three times a week

    and do various classes. I love being fit and find I have more energy and get less colds when I exercise often. I also eat carefully and look after myself.
