but I do fit in gym time to get a regular workout. I like classes, but the only one I do get to regularly is called spinning, it's a static bike set exercise programme. It can be pretty gruelling.

that can lower my stress level no matter what ! I have been out of the gym for the past 4 months because of a vertebrae fracture that happen at work but my doctor cleared me to start heavy lifting next week . can't wait to get back to my 485 lbs squat , i wanna hit 500 lbs...
I love going to the gym and I couldn't wait to get back after having my baby. Only three more pounds to go before geting back to my prebaby weight. Not much gets rid of the daily stresses of life better than a good workout.

So there are handicapped parking spaces, yet I see these young men with no handicapped sign parking in those spaces to go the gym. Are you freakin serious? You're going to the gym to work out, but you're to damn lazy to walk a little farther?
Then I see some seniors or people...

Its been a while since i did some exercise. Lately i had this feeling i should hit the gym but was too lazy to do and with all the smoking i was really feeling guilty for myself.
So today at last i decided enough of thinking and went for some cardio exercise.

guess im abit of a fitness addict. i cant see myself not workingout anymore its become a part of my daily life.
wish more people actually went ans took care of their bodies, treat your body with reapect, feed it with good food and exersice it!
I am in the gym quite a bit and have often wondered this. When people are on the stairmaster or eliptical, how can they read??? I have tried on a treadmill and can't do it. so with all that up and down I want to know how you guys do it?

When I get to the gym I follow the same pattern of workouts
Mondays) chest and arms
Thursday) Core muscles (abs, obliques, etc.)
Saturday)legs and more core
Sunday) pure cardio
It works for me but not all, I'm still in the process of achieving great results but improvements...
