I love to turn the music up loud and sing with ALL I've got . When I'm depressed I listen to my music and sing through my tears, by the time I finish I feel better. When I work out it keeps me going . Music is so much a part of my life and it always will be.
completely lose yourself in the music. To just lay back with headphones on or speakers playing loud with some good music blaring and just completely focusing on that and nothing else. Block out everything else.
