    But writing's love/hate.

I've been trying to figure out why. I've counted some reasons, flipped them over like coins. Seen the other sides. Still, some questions hide answers, like why should I write? When people implore they're often vague. "Why do you urge?" gets dismissive replies. Rarely answers...

    The Asimov Story

OK, folks, you asked for it, so now I'll share it. The year was 1983.  My best friend at the time, Haig, was a huge Trekkie. This was just after the Star Trek movie "The Wrath of Khan" had come out, and there was a Trek convention (actually, I ...

I'm currently reading Fifty Shades of Grey.

I never planned on reading it, but I had a male friend tell me it was a decent read and a cute story. Half way through the first book I have to agree so far it's cute and not really what I expected. For right now it's something to read and at least I'll know what the other...

    I Especially Adore Audiobooks.

Chores go faster! Hands-free! Classics and physics and metaphysics... it is a smorgasbord, a cornucopia of wealth. Amazing variety of experiences in autobiographies, amazing amount of speculation in biographies. Spectacular variety in religions. Love it!
