    I started in November

    I run every day. It feels

    I love running and I've gotten pretty good at

    I scored fourth place overall in a local 5k (3.

    125-mile) run completing it in 21:57. It was called Run with the Cops, was a fund-raiser for the Special Olympics, and was located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. I weighed 143.8 pounds this morning and had a 32 7/8" waist.

    I don't really look like it,

    but I love running. Anytime I can get a run in it's a good thing. I especially love when I can run outdoors. It takes my mind off the actual physical act of running, and I love the fresh air. Running is great mental therapy for me.

    I ran slowly yesterday afternoon,

    completing 4.0 miles in 39 minutes and 42 seconds. It was 82 F at 4:41 or so after I had finished and I had just had lunch and had not slept the previous night.

    That's Not Exactly True.

    I actually hate running.  It's boring.  I love ice cream more than I hate running though, so I do.  I run up to ten miles at a time, usually more like five.  I like to wear a running skirt when I run to make it more interesting.

    I had surgery in Jan

    after putting up with a hurt foot from doing a 1/2 ironman...now I've decided to put the lack of motivation aside and go back to do the first event I'd ever tried which was a 10k. It's in early Nov so I hope I can get the rust off and build enough of a base to survive!

    My 4-mile time was relatively slow today,
