I'm always attracted to rather slender, delicate young men, especially with high waistlines. On more than one occasion, when I've gotten to know them, I've encouraged them to consider wearing panties, especially the full cut styles that would take advantage of their high waistlines. At least one young man I got to know brought the subject up himself as we were talking about underwear. He said he'd gladly wear girls underwear if he found the right style and fit. I gave him some recommendations and he told me later he and his boyfriend had both started wearing girls underwear and really loved it. 

 

While nothing works 100% I always taught young boy and girls in my programs to pee and/or poop, and or puke if someone is pulling down their underpants or panties. Most of the time this will chase off the the attacker, especially true pedophiles.

I discouraged fighting and screaming as this could get the child killed or badly hurt.

I have worn panties since I was 12.  My step sister let me wear hers at first and then encouraged me to pick out my  own.  I was first made to wear them when I had wet the bed or had an accident during the day but as I got used to it I also found wearing panties not only more comfortable but pleasurable.  My girl cousins found out when I stayed with them once when I was 15 and we all shared a room.  They were intrigued and then thought it was cool.  My step mother found out one night when I was to receive a spanking with the strap.  As always I had to take off my jeans and bend over her desk.  She discovered I was wearing panties and asked me about it after the spanking but she did not seem to be upset.  Now whenever I am to be spanked she asks if I want to leave my panties on or not and if I do it means at least three extra swats.
