    I need motivation, I am the worse yo yo dieter

    there is. I work out the wrong way, i always end up hurting myself and when I do eat good for a while I cave so hard. Any advice?

    I Like Fitness

    I have a lot of health issues

    that I'm dealing with right now but in the next few months I plan on getting fit and healthy, wish me luck lol

    I love to keep fit. I always feel

    so much better after a workout. I sometimes have trouble getting the motivation but I true as much as I can to do it most days
