    I need motivation, I am the worse yo yo dieter

    there is. I work out the wrong way, i always end up hurting myself and when I do eat good for a while I cave so hard. Any advice?

    I have a lot of health issues

    that I'm dealing with right now but in the next few months I plan on getting fit and healthy, wish me luck lol

    I Like Fitness

    I go to the gym every Friday night for an hour and thirty minutes. I play basketball, and have practice every Wednesday and Monday. We have games every Saturday and Tuesday. I am the fastest runner out of my friends including my fiancé who is also good at sports. She plays...

    I love to keep fit. I always feel
